To Love is to let go of judgment of others.
You do it because you can see that it is really the way of the Ego to protect itself against waking up to the oneness of it all, of walking in then steps towards love.
When you do that and find that peace then, and only then, there is nothing the Ego can do to keep you stuck to this reality or to the illusion of the drama of life.
